- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Copyright and License
Overview
The Journal of Informatics and Advanced Data Science (JIADS), published by the Informatics Institute for Postgraduate Studies (IIPS), requires appropriate publishing rights from authors in order to publish, disseminate, and archive scholarly work. These rights are defined through a publishing agreement between the author(s) and JIADS/IIPS.
For open-access articles, authors grant the journal the right to publish and distribute the work under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. JIADS is committed to safeguarding authors’ works and reputations and takes allegations of infringement, plagiarism, unethical conduct, and research fraud seriously.
Author Rights
The following rights apply to the corresponding author and all co-authors when publishing with JIADS:

Retain patent and trademark rights, where applicable.

Retain the right to use their research data freely without restriction.

Receive proper attribution and credit for their published work.

Institution Rights
If an author publishes with JIADS, the author’s institution may use the work for classroom teaching and internal training. These rights apply across the institution (not only to the author), provided full acknowledgment is given.

JIADS supports the broad dissemination of knowledge using open-access licensing.
Once a Creative Commons license is applied, it cannot be revoked. Authors should confirm whether their funder requires a specific license. More details are available from Creative Commons.

Digital Archiving and Preservation
JIADS is committed to long-term preservation, permanent availability, and accessibility of scholarly content. The journal supports digital preservation by maintaining secure archival copies and ensuring file formats remain readable as technology evolves.

JIADS maintains an internal digital archive for secure storage and management of published content (e.g., journal issues, articles, supplementary files). This archive aims to:
